With over 20 years of hands-on experience in IT, Marcus began his career with Compaq and Toshiba, mastering service and repair well before “the cloud” was part of everyday language.

Today, he is the digital architect behind our ComplianceTrackr Platform, the purpose-built compliance system helping create safer, smarter workplaces across Australia. Over the past seven years, Marcus has led its development from the ground up and now heads a talented team of six developers.

Behind the scenes, Marcus also manages our Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, holding multiple AWS certifications including Certified Developer and Solutions Architect. From deploying scalable systems to ensuring seamless data flows, he combines deep technical expertise with practical problem-solving to deliver real-world impact.

Equal parts engineer, leader, and innovator, Marcus doesn’t just keep pace with technology, he makes it work for people.
